Should schools teach about what is sexual harassment and assault?

I'm attending a university in Georgia this fall and they make you take this online program/ test about sexual harassment/ assault. If you don't pass with at least 85% you're not allowed to attend the college and there's a hold on your account. I think this subject should always be talked about but in different degrees in different stages of people's life. Like in elementary just knowing that you can't touch a person without their permission and if they say stop you have to stop. And then get more in depth as the children get older.

There was so much that I learned from that online program.
