It's fine, just your uterus draining and ridding itself of the stuff from pregnancy. I wouldn't worry unless it is really the size of your fist.

ιт looĸѕ lιĸe a blood clot, I had one come out of me after my first that I swear was the size of a large orange and I panicked and thought I was dying. As long as it's soft and not rock hard I would say it's definitely a blood clot. Totally normal and will happen for a while after giving birth

If it was stiff and not really stretchy it could of been part of your placenta. I had some of mine come out at about 2-3week pp with our youngest. It kinda resembles liver in a way. Blood clots are sort of stretchy and thin and don't really feel like "meat"

I had clots bigger than this when I had my baby last year

I was told you can have clots the size of a fist. If you put it in warm water and it all dissolves then it's a clot.
