Second miscarriage in 8 months

Last February I found out I have uterine fibroids; large ones...10cm, 4.5cm, and a smaller one that really is the least of our worries. I got pregnant in July but found out in August it was a blighted ovum. I waited for 3 weeks to miscarry naturally. Finally my doctor gave me meds to complete the miscarriage. For the next 6 months we try. I also discuss possibilities, fibroid issues, treatment options...ect. I Feb I decided to see a specialist and while waiting for that appointment decided to give Clomid a try. I picked up the prescription on a Friday expecting my period the next week. On Sunday I took a pregnancy test (couldn't help myself). To my surprise it was positive. Yesterday I started bleeding. I went to the Dr, they thought they found the gestational sac, but it appeared much smaller than the 7weeks I am supposed to be. Today the bleeding got worse and went from brown to red. The Dr had me return today. Now, no evidence of a pregnancy (except a positive test). So let down. Fortunately I still have that appointment with the specialist in 2 weeks. I want this cycle to end. I want to have more children, but want to be done with the disappointment, the waiting, the let down.
