I lost our sweet angle girl yesterday at 13 weeks. I knew sunday something was wrong the heartbeat on my doppler in the morning was slower than normal,and then at 630pm I was not able to find it. I checked almost all night long and then first thing yesterday morning. I called my dr. She got me in right away and there was no heartbeat. Second ultrasound confirmed. I did not have any symptoms of losing her no bleeding or cramping. I go in to discuss my options. I do know I do not want a D&C
