OPK question 🤔🌸

So I know these are obviously negative... BUT I'm wondering how long they usually stay like this before they are finally positive? I see a lot of ladies post how excited they are when 2 lines show on their opk but mine always seems to have 2 distinct lines🤔 this is cycle day 7,8,9... do you think it will be positive soon?! I just want to baby dance on the right days ya know?
