Low Morphology. Still Conceive?

My husbands semen analysis came back & he has low morphology & sperm count 😔 Is conceiving still possible with low morphology? Is IUI an option? Thanks

My husband's  first SA came in at only 2% normal morphology. He had been working on losing weight, and based on what I read on forums like this one we redoubled our efforts to help him eat healthy, put him on a bunch of supplements and decided to test again in 3 months. (2000 Vit C, 200 pycnogenol, 400 CoQ10 and a general fertility vitamin - Mother's Select had a better vitamin stack than the rest AND wasn't too expensive).

Just as we were starting testing with a fertility specialist, and a month before he was due to take another SA to confirm the morphology problem, we got a BFP. I don't know if the first SA was a fluke, if the weight loss or supplements helped at all, but I would definitely try them!

My husband's results were similar. His fertility specialist has had him taking a supplement called FertilAid for the last 3 months. We've definitely seen an increase in the amount of semen he is producing and he will have a follow up analysis tomorrow actually. We are going ahead with our first round of IUI tomorrow, actually, so it is a possibility. Has he seen a urologist that specializes in male fertility?
