Help please 😣

So ever since my ovulation 3 days ago i have been sick as a dog, and today it worsened x10 to where i couldn't even enjoy a chocolate milkshake because it made me almost vomit..

I have also been sleepy all afternoon and dizzy if i move quickly, ugh ugh ugh. I hope we got a rainbow because there was a rainbow in the sky last night after the rain, so I'm hoping and praying.
