post mirena cycle?

I had my mirena for 3 years, no period during that time. Had to have it surgically removed because it migrated and embedded, and had given me cysts all over my ovaries that were very painful when rupturing. I got my first period 7 weeks after removal. I always had a 28 days cycle before but is it normal to have a longer cycle after mirena removal? I'm currently on cycle day 30 with fatigue, diarrhea, and cramps. Cervix is verrrry high when it's normally low before period. I don't want to waste a preg test if perhaps my cycle will start in the next day or so. Anyone else have longer cycles post iud removal?
