positive ovulation test, three days before period?

Hey ladies, I have a question, I'm 9dpo and I took an ovulation test and it came back positive and I'm expecting af in the next three days and I took a pregnancy test on my 8dpo and it was negative should I test again with a pregnancy test?  Has anyone ever experienced this?!?

I've seen many women get a surge right before their period and get a positive pregnancy test as well. You can also just have a surge before your cycle and not be pregnant as well but I personally would take an HPT test

An LH surge toward the end of a cycle is quite normal

My lh test was the darkest when I found out I was pregnant. I tested for pg at 9dpo and them did an LH test for fun. Both positive, but lh was super dark.

How did you confirm ovulation? You could surge a couple of times and not ovulate yet. I surge fr two days sometimes before I notice a temperature rise, indicating ovulation.
