Just starting out

Me and my fiancé have been Ttc for the last 5 months but we just now starting using opks. I got my first flashing smiley this morning and I'm so excited. I just bought some prenatals to start taking. I feel like I would try anything to conceive at this point!! Any words of wisdom to help with conceiving??
