Worried after touching him then touching myself

What are the chances of pregnancy given this oral scenario?

I was going down on him, also using my hands. In the middle of it (before he ejaculated) I began touching myself until I thought about the possibility of pre-cum on my hands and stopped (though likely more of it ended up in my mouth than on my hands 😅). We didn't have intercourse that night so no other factors.

I've been consistently taking birth control pills for around 9 months (never missed one) and this incident occurred on my first day of a new pack of active pills (before I had taken it for the day as I start at night... which is the part that worries me). What's the likelihood of pregnancy after my period but still on placebo pills?

I feel that logically, it is unlikely. But I could use some reassurance and/or a reality check... any responses appreciated!
