Hey girls i have Only been trying for 1 cycle so far and i Got a BFN This morning im waiting for af Saturday so next cycle I want to start temp but I'm not sure how it works

Buy a basal thermometer. They cost about 10 bucks. Take your temp at same time everyday, including weekends. Don't move, or talk till you take temp. Rises and falls of temp are normal. You want to look at a pattern and not just the readings.

Keep it on your beside table and do it the second you open your eyes. And buy taking charge of your fertility.

Basically you're looking for a shift around ovulation, for the first phase of your cycle your temps should be jumping around the same point, they briefly dip (at ovulation) then jump up above the level you have in the first phase until your period
