Hey ladies! So I have this situationship I'm in an need some advice...

So I've been married for 6 years and my spouse and I have been sperated on and off. This time I finally called a quit to the abuse and filed for divorce (yay!).In 2014 when we seperated, I reconnected with a high school fling. It was amazing to see how college had really changed him as a person. He was still himself but much more mature than from high school. He adores my son and loves kids. And since then when ever I seperated from my spouse which was two other times, he would he would come around, pick me up from work, if I was driving he would put gas in my tank and even help me pick up my son from daycare. We have also had an intimate relationship on and off. He's not a kiss and tell type person which is great and he is comforting in many ways.

So as of last year, he hinted about moving in together. I first thought he was joking until he kept bring it up. Only issue I have is we haven't officially discussed "us". I know I'm afraid to because I'm not officially divorced and he has made many hint that we are together but to some people I'm the "best friend" or "high school friends" and to others I'm "his girl' or girlfriend. IDK of I should bring that up because for me I need to know that or we have to establish what we are for us to live together, that's a given. I just really suck at bringing those things up.
