Is she flirting with my boyfriend?

So my boyfriend was telling me about a conversation with his coworker and she asked him if he knows any hot girls that she can hook up with. She has a bf and they have kind of an open relationship and she hooks up with girls sometimes and her bf does too like a 3some. Which is fine. My problem is that I feel like by her asking my bf it's just a way to tell him that she hooks up with girls (bc obviously guys find it hot). He said she wasn't trying to flirt but like why did she feel the need to go out of her way to ask if he knew any girls that she can hookup with... would that bother you? She also is constantly snap chatting him about her relationship problems talking bad about her bf.
