I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT
Okay, so I've recently moved to NC after having my daughter and I want to loose weight. What can I do because as far as running goes it's way too hot for me at the moment and I have a history of passing out.
So when it come to eating what can I do?
How many calories should I eat a day?
What can/should I snack on?
What can I do for a workout?
Are there any good apps to help with this?
