Implantation bleeding?

So I was due to start my period yesterday. I had some spotting start the 18th. I spotted till yesterday and it was always light and pink. Now I'm not bleeding at all. Did I have an early unusual period or does this mean I'm pregnant? When should I test?

I had the same thing happen to me. My "period" came early started on the 27th and was gone by the 29th. I only wore panty liners so it was nothing terrible but usually mine are 4-5 days. Now I'm due for AF tomorrow and just waiting it out 😔 took a digital test yesterday and it was negative.
