how much does your husband help?

So I do all the cleaning/cooking/taking care of our 8 month old baby.  I've been staying home but I am working part time and soon full time July 10.  My husband worked 40 hours and didn't help with anything.  But now I am going to be working and can't do everything myself.  I will be the only one picking up/taking our daughter from my step moms and daycare during the week. So much does your husband help if you have kids and working full time?
