Bad news or good news?

So I'm a few days late on my period, my boobs has been very sore and full, and I been having a lot of cramps and thick white discharge. Could this be a sign of pregnancy? Cause I been taking two pregnancy tests and it came out negative, should I wait and take another one? I'm very curious excited since we have been trying to get pregnant for a few weeks now.
