I'm 23 years old and I have 5 days until my expected period, we have been TTC for 6 months . Two days ago shortly after lunch I became overwhelmingly nauseous and ended up vomiting, but I felt fine all morning before and the rest of the day after. Yesterday the exact same events occurred at around the same time, except yesterday after vomiting I noticed I had a metal-like taste in my mouth for hours afterwards. I have never been one to get sick and vomit especially if I feel normal like I did, and when I am sick it comes out both ends unlike yesterday and the day before. This morning after breakfast I felt nauseous but I calmed it down after sipping on some ginger ale. Today I am noticing some nipple tenderness as well as mild cramps similar to period cramps. Usually this close to my period my cramps are more intense than this so I can't help but wonder if this really could be the real deal?! We plan on waiting at least the 5 days until my expected period to test but I wanted to get some input from others as well :)
