No bleeding with cramps
So I feel like I'm being paranoid - I had my IUD (kyleena) inserted a month ago, and I've had pretty much only had unprotected sex with my boyfriend since. He never came inside of me. I was spotting the whole last month, but I recently went back home for the summer, and it has stopped. I also have really intense cramps, but no bleeding. I've heard that anything goes in the first month, but should I be worried? The spotting may have stopped because I haven't been having sex. I haven't had a period since insertion. Ah!
