tips please

Today I have had an abortion, with tablets as I am under nine weeks. I have never felt pain like this, I'm constantly throwing up,even though I'm not eating, I feel a constant stabbing to my lower stomach. I can't do this. Also I keep fainting regularly. Any help please please message me
