Pregnancy Discrimination is Real.... know your rights ladies

Above is a link to an article regarding an insurance brokerage that was sued for rescinding a job offer after learning the candidate was pregnant. They even went so far as to put their change of mind in writing stating that they "had a very urgent need to have somebody in the position long term". Meaning that person couldnt be her since she was pregnant. You would think that they would know better based on the industries in which they operate. A complaint was filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission EEOC
