pcos & acne

Ladies ! Help!! I have pcos and usually take birth control to help with pcos and all it's wonderful side effects it can cause like acne and etc . However I've been off of bc for about 6 months or so , trying to do things natural and not depend so much on the hormones from the bc (I have a love hate relationship with hormonal bc ) anyway , for the most part I have been doing ok without the bc however every month without fail (about a week and a half ) before my period I get the WORST acne. I am 27 and I feel like a teenager going through puberty lol. I wash my face twice a day and have tried literally every acne product under the sun. What do you ladies with pcos use ?! I like using stuff with benzoyl peroxide in it but it dries my skin out and stains everything and I seem to be a little allergic to it ugh . Advice ?
