tired of it already.

I got the birth control kyleena a month ago and tomorrow I have an appointment to make sure it's still in place and I really just want it out. I've done nothing but bleed the last month my fave is breaking out and the headaches are unreal... this is why I didn't want to get birth control but I don't know what else to do if you look at me i get pregnant I swear. 😭 what birth control is out there that doesn't cause you to bleed for months!?
