low fluid

I went for my final growth scan about 3 hours ago I'm 37 weeks tom the tech panicked got the nurse at the office and basically I'm sitting labor and delivery waiting to see if I'm going to be induced at my appt the tech said my fluid levels were at a 2 at the hospital the tech is saying they are at an 8.8 does anyone know if this is low enough to induce or just monitor?
