Ok, let me break it down:

*Had a "period" early last week that ended up being 2 days of spotting.

*Friday my dr put me on Metformin and I've been bleeding heavier than normal since Saturday (which isn't alarming because I normally don't even bleed heavy enough to wear anything). Sometimes there's even clots when I go to the bathroom.

*It seems like when I lay on my stomach, I feel pressure in my lower abdomen and I seem to bleed more.

My questions are:

1. Could that 2 days of spotting have been me ovulating? (I've been ttc for over a year without a single + so i assume I'm not ovulating.)

2. Is this normal when starting Metformin?

3. Has anybody else ever experienced non pregnancy related pressure in uterus area when they lay down, accompanied by more flow?
