Distressed

So I've been off birth control for a few months (im not trying to get pregnant just unfortunate circumstances) and my SO and I have had unprotected sex a few times since then

Without getting pregnant but, I fear my luck has run out.

I've been experiencing symptoms for two weeks which for me is normal. But instead of getting worse leading up to the start of my period they are starting to leave. Tomorrow is supposed to be the first day of my period but today my breasts are slightly tender and I'm barely cramping

(I could just be over thinking but I had to ask for an outside opinion)
