labor or constipated?
TMI.
I was going pee and then instantly started pooping for a couple minutes then I felt like I needed to keep going but felt instantly constipated. I have super bad lower back pain now and lots of cramping in lower belly and bad pains in hips.... any advice? Sign of labor? Or did I really just get constipated right after? I'm 39+1 weeks..
The cramping is just constant nothing to time.
