Thank you all for the awesome help, as I stated before, I received my grandmother's inheritance and my mom and I have not gotten along since.

I wanted go clarify a few things. I was approached by a lawyer, my grandmamas lawyer. It is not a scam or some creepy Nigeria email. I live in the US. We did briefly discuss the liabilities that are involved, as well as the extensive tax information I have to take into consideration. We spoke for maybe an hour, tops. The majority of it consisted of why, how, who.... I'm just in shock of it all and we didn't go into full depth of what this means.

We will be next week however. Again, thank you all for the advice. Depending on the financial situation, I will determine if there is anything needed to be split up... I want my siblings to be included. As far as my mom, I'm not sure.
