This is my first month on clomid. I took cd 3-7 and am fairly certain something happened cd 18 cause I got +opk and within about 2 hours I was so nauseated for about 12 hours straight and left sided ovulation pain. Woke up next morning with huge temp rise that stayed above coverline for a few days but keeps falling and all my pre ovulation pains are gone. I started taking 100 mg of prometrium orally on CD 20. So I know I have progesterone, but why did my temp drop?
