HELP!!! Could I be pregnant?!

Hi Everyone😊 So me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex and sometimes I forget to take my birth control or I take it later than the normal time. I am not supposed to come on my period for another week and a half but for the past couple of weeks I've been moodier, having slight nausea, slight sensitive smelling, lower back pains, cramping, bloating, and I've been peeing like 7-9 times a day! I usually pee around 3-4. I took two tests last week and they both came out negative so I'm assuming it was too early to test. Could I be pregnant? Or am I just in my head?
