Late AF

We have been trying to conceive for a year and a half almost I was supposed to get AF on the 16th of June and she still hasn't showed up! I am now on day 37 of my cycle. I have had a 36 day cycle in the past. I am terrified to test because it's been a long emtional journey. Should I go ahead and test? Or what until a little longer after my longest cycle since I've had one this long before 😖
