I'm confused

I've been on birth control since I had my son. That was 11 months ago so I've roughly been on bc for 9 months. I stopped, got my period, and my fiancé and I have been trying to conceive since. I logged everything correctly so I should be ovulating on Saturday but my ovulation test says negative. Can I even get pregnant this soon after stopping bc? 😩 help
