how many wipes??

Question

Stocking up in diapers and wipes and have no clue how many I should buy. 
I have 2 5 pack cases and 20 individual packs.

Any suggestions??

I once read about expectant moms who would buy "diaper cards", every time they went to the store they'd pick up a $25-30 gift card for future diapers so instead of having boxes upon boxes before baby arrived they could just use the money they set aside for them

I was wondering the same thing. Moreso about the diapers. I have 3 boxes of newborn/1 size and have them on my baby registry. I want to get a few more boxes before she gets here.

You can never have enough wipes!! lol they're good for everything, not just cleaning hineys. Also, with diapers as long as you don't open the box you can exchange them for a different size (at least here in Texas, I would check with your local stores you buy from). It's hard to gauge what sizes you need the most of, but if the boxes aren't open it won't be an issue.

Newborns often go through an average of 15 diapers per day. You can figure about 2 wipes per diaper change. Hope that helps you to make an educated guess about how many diapers and wipes to stock up on for just after their born.
