Hello everyone! I am here to ask for some positive experiences with scheduled sections. I had an emergency section with my son 13 and a half years ago after 15 hours of labor. The recovery SUCKED! Hit by a bus probably doesn't explain it as well as it could. I had staples and stitches last time and remember the pushing on my abdomen a few hours afterwards. Ouch! I was going to try pushing this LO out but he is meauring big. The doctor suggests a section at 39 weeks due to my previous failure to progress, and fetal distress with my first birthing experience. I also have grade 2 spondylolisthesis in L5/S1. I am looking for some reassurance here because I am freaking the F out! Thank you ladies!
