Left side cramping

I'm about 6 dpo and today and yesterday have had alternating cramping and poking feeling on my left and right side right above my pubic bone. Mostly it has been the left. I feel a little bloaty for the last couple of days. None of this has ever happened before and we have baby danced every other day up to ovulation and on ovulation day... Could it be coincidence or could this be implantation? TTC baby 1 so I'm new to this. What did you guys experience at this point?
