Trying to lose a little weight!

Okay so I'm trying to lose a little weight. I love love love my body but I am a little self conscious about my stomach area and my thighs. I currently weigh 145 pounds and I am 5 feet and 4 inches tall. I've lost 5 pounds within the past 2 weeks by eating healthier and going to basketball practice 3 out of 7 days for at least 2 hours each day. I just want to be happy with how my midsection and thighs look. Do any of you have any tips?? My goal is to get back down to 130 pounds (my weight before I had a medical issue).
