"TWEAKERS"

When I first got on this app and saw some lady saying "I'm a tweaker!" I was utterly confused. In Albuquerque, New Mexico, where I live a tweaker means someone who is on hard drugs and they "tweak" from the drugs. It just made me laugh a bit when I realized they meant that for looking at test😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 im so ghetto😂 Does this mean the same or something else where you live?
