Cloth diapers vs disposable diapers

I'm trying to decide if I want to use disposable diapers or cloth diapers. I want to do cloth diapers for the environment but I feel like they will be a hassle. Do cloth diapers leak more than disposable diapers? How long can my son wear the cloth diapers vs disposable diapers? Are they comfortable? Also can you please list the pros and cons of each.
