Hi ladies, I am due August 5 with my first child and all I can think about is the school year. I am a bit OCD and control freak about my classroom and I don't get to start off the year with my kiddos. I have to make sub plans for my sub which doesn't bother me but I just don't know what to expect. I am expecting to go back to work when my six weeks are up so middle of Sept. any advice on how to prepare for the new year? Oh by the way this is my fourth year teaching and my first year teaching 5th grade!
