Low lying placenta

I am 32 weeks and have a low lying placenta less than 2cm from my cervix. I have a scan next week to see if it has moved and I know statistically that it has more than likely moved and I can have a safe vaginal delivery. However I am a planner (my code word for control freak lol) does anyone have any experience with this and how did the pregnancy/ delivery go? Did you have to be in bed rest, were you forced to be induced early, did you have to have a c section?
