I've been on Nexplanon for three months, and after spotting for the first few weeks, I hadn't bled until now. I've been bleeding for a week straight, and I know irregular periods are part of the package, but does that mean I can get pregnant? I've been having a lot of unprotected sex with my partner since the second month, and I'm scared that the bleeding I'm experiencing now is either my period or pregnancy bleeding. It varies from light to medium. I tried taking the toothpaste pregnancy test and the toothpaste foamed, but it didn't turn blue. I've been drinking a lot of vinegar to raise my urine acidity to get rid of a UTI, so I'm not even sure if it foamed because I'm pregnant or because my acidity broke it down because it's much higher than it should be. I haven't experienced any symptoms, but the women in my family don't really show symptoms of pregnancy. I'm paranoid right now, and need some advice.
