long story

so i was seeing this guy in the marines when i became good friends with a guy and i made it clear to him i was seeing somebody but he continued to say he was still interested and that soon things between us would happen. fast forward to recently me and the marine broke things off in february and my good friend still was interested. i wasn't over the marine i'm still not over him. we recently got back in touch with each other but i feel like i'm the only one with feelings but i'm too embarrassed to ask if there's anything there again bc i'm scared to get turned down. now my good friend is in love with me but i just don't know what to do or what i want and it's eating me up.
