Implantation Bleeding or Period?

I'm 6 days delayed of my supposed to be period so I thought I was pregnant. But when I had a PT it all turns out to be negative. But today I experience light bleeding but I'm not sure if it is implantation bleeding or just my period. Any help?

Implantation occurs before 14dpo, after that it's either your period or if it's light enough it could be spotting sassociated with pregnancy. If you continue to bleed, it's most likely your period. If you are absolutely unsure. Take a test after the bleeding stops. It sounds like your period showed up though.
