38 weeks less movements

So I'm almost 38 weeks and today I felt less movements from baby so I went to labor and delivery to get checked out!! They ran 3 hrs of non stress test and ultrasound blood test and urine test and they found nothing..except baby moving less at the ultrasound as well and scored 6/8 on biophysical ultrasound. So they have me go back tomorrow morning and if baby's movement is still low they're gonna talk induction. Also baby's is two weeks ahead measuring 39 weeks and 6 days. Has this happened to anyone before ? I'm also 0 dilated!! So frustrated!!!!
