Is it possible to just skip a period?

Is it possible to just skip a period?! I'm three weeks late and still no positive test! I've never missed a period and have never been more than a couple days off of my projected period date. So weird and very frustrating 😔
Do you think there's something wrong? Or could it be normal?!
