Trigger shot and OPK dilemma!

Hi all,

So, I had the Ovidrel trigger shot 10 days ago. I didn't use any OPKs afterwards as the HCG gives false positives.

BUT

I haven't had a BBT rise yet (10 days after trigger), so out of curiosity I started doing OPKs to try and figure out what's happening.

Yesterday the OPK was negative (top one in image), and today its positive (bottom one in image). Both were taken at the same time of the day after minimal fluid intake.

My question is: did the trigger not work and am I ovulating 10 days afterwards? Also, if this is the case could I have either follicles that are too big and old, or loads of follicles. My last scan was 12 days ago and I had one ready to go then...

I'm obviously going to have to talk to my Ob/Gun but thought I would see what everything thinks on here.
