What CAN'T you eat while breastfeeding?

What foods CAN'T you eat while breastfeeding?  Can you eat runny eggs? I've read you can't eat broccoli is that true?

I eat literally everything! I know some people follow the same guidelines as pregnancy though

I have a friend that literally watches every little morsel that goes in her mouth to the point where it's annoying and I have other friends that eat everything. Both babies are breastfeeding well. I think it depends on the baby honestly

The only thing I really don't have anymore is regular milk. I think my baby may not tolerate it. I should probably limit all dairy though. Oh and no alcohol.. but I'm not much of a drinker anyway.

It depends on who you ask. Even doctors will tell you different things about whether or not something you eat affects the baby.
