alcohol and coffee after ovulation
TTC and so have been trying to cut down on wine and strong coffee knowing this isn't good for baby. But having been ttc for 6 months feels like maybe making uneccasary sacrifices at this point?! I go through this constant cycle of when AF starts feeling fine to have a glass of wine and coffee, to the opk, then cut it all out JUST IN CASE..feel guilty for drinking even a drop of alcohol, then BFN and AF returns and then the wine and coffee comes back out. Should I just not worry about any of this till I actually have a BFP? Anyone else feeling the frustrations of cycles and deprivations!
