Help meee😩

I'm going on holiday with my boyfriend and his family but I'm not comfortable at all to wear a bikini or even tight clothes around anyone, any tips on how to lose weight on my stomach, arms and waist and to tone my legs and bum? I have been eating healthy and doing little work outs in my room as I'm too anxious to go to an actual gym as well as not being able to afford it as I'm saving up all my money for this holiday😩I just want to be able to love myself as well as not be paranoid about my boyfriend finding other people attractive and comparing my body to theirs all holiday.Â
